How to shoot 30 reels in 3 hours at a UGC studio

The creators who post daily without burning out are not shooting daily. They batch. A studio with multiple backdrops, controllable light and clean audio lets one afternoon cover three or four weeks of content. Here is how a 3-hour UGC session runs at Spettro Studios in Rajouri Garden.

Before you arrive

• Write 25 to 35 hooks and scripts in a single document, grouped by backdrop.
• Pick three outfits and pack them in the order you will shoot them.
• List the products, props and any brand assets you need in frame.
• Send the studio your brand colours so the RGB lighting is preset.

Hour one: talking-head hooks

Start on the yellow wall and grey wall with the Sony camera or your phone on a mount. Shoot every talking-to-camera hook and intro back to back, one outfit. Expect 8 to 12 clips.

Hour two: table-top and product

Move to the live-edge wooden table. Unboxings, hands-only demos, before-and-after, ingredient close-ups. A top-down phone mount and the softboxes make products look like ad creative. Another 8 to 10 clips.
