Studio terms and booking policy
Please read these before your session so everything runs smoothly.
Booking and payment
A 50% advance is required to confirm your booking. The advance is non-refundable. The remaining balance is due before the session begins. We accept cash, UPI and bank transfer.
Cancellation
Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the session can be rescheduled subject to a rescheduling fee. Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable.
Studio use
The studio must be used in accordance with our guidelines. Any damage to equipment or property may result in additional charges.
Equipment
We provide the equipment listed in your package. Additional or specialised equipment requests should be made in advance and may incur extra fees.
Liability
Spettro Studios is not responsible for personal belongings or equipment left unattended. Clients are responsible for their own property.
Conduct
Clients must maintain respectful and professional conduct. Disruptive behaviour may result in immediate termination of the session without refund.
Technical issues
Spettro Studios is not liable for disruptions caused by unforeseen technical issues such as electricity outages or equipment malfunction beyond our control. We recommend clients keep contingency plans.
Parking
Limited parking is available outside the studio for one car only. If arriving with multiple vehicles or a driver, we recommend the driver waits nearby.
Amendments and compliance
We may amend these terms as needed and will notify clients of significant changes. All bookings are subject to local laws and regulations.
